1.1 What is a client portal?

Your client portal is your private home base for everything related to your experience with Elle Rosegold Studio.

From one secure login, you can:

  • View and accept proposals
  • Sign contracts
  • Pay invoices and retainers
  • See your session details
  • Access your online galleries and digital downloads

It's designed so you never have to dig through old emails to find links. Just log in and everything is neatly organized for you.

1.2 Log in to your portal

You'll need the email associated with your account and your password.

Option 1: Use your main login link

  1. Open your browser and go to your Client Portal Login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Log In to access your dashboard.

Option 2: Use the email invitation link

  1. Open the email you received from the studio inviting you to your client portal.
  2. Click the link or button in that email.
  3. You'll be taken directly into your portal or prompted to set a password on first login.

1.3 Reset your password

  1. Go to the Client Portal Login page.
  2. Click "Forgot password?".
  3. Enter the email you use with the studio.
  4. Check your inbox (and Spam/Promotions) for the reset email.
  5. Click the reset link, choose a new password, and save it.
  6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

1.4 Update your contact information

  1. Log into your client portal.
  2. Go to your Profile, Account, or My Details section.
  3. Update your Email, Phone, Mailing address, or Preferred name.
  4. Save your changes.
